Beautiful hotel, stunning location high in the mountain so it has probably the best view of the lake and exceptionally kind staff. Location close to local eateries. Quite comfortable experience there.

Pros During our stay at the accommodation, we were delighted to discover a relaxing outdoor bath. the later breakfast and checkout times were convenient for us. the staff graciously provided complimentary shuttle service when needed. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I truly enjoyed this beautiful place. The personnel was exceptional and helpful. The room was clean and incredible, offering essential amenities like a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. The location was stunning and gorgeous. I appreciated having free on-site parking available.

The hot tub felt like a fancy cauldron. Breakfast was a delightful journey to Asia. the villa was conveniently close to Owakudani Valley; felt like a VIP explorer.

Learning that the nearest airport was not in my backyard was such a bummer.

Our stay at 箱根七 fu 荘 was excellent! the property is beautifully maintained with stunning views of Mt. Fuji and the lake. the onsen was relaxing, and the spacious villa offered great value. Breakfast was delicious, and the town nearby has excellent dining options.

No complaints about cleanliness. Room had a nice view.
